13401例孕妇产前筛查结果分析 被引量：1

摘要 为了提高提高出生人口的素质，减少出生缺陷儿的发生特别是21-三体综合征（DS）、18-三体综合征，迄今为止医学中对这种疾病既无有效的预防手段，也无有效的治疗方法，只能通过产前筛查和诊断尽可能的及早发现，通过终止妊娠来预防患儿的出生，我们采用时间分辨荧光免疫分析技术，对孕15～19周13401例的孕妇血清进行甲胎蛋白（AFP）、
