On the requirement of engineering construction on supervision engineers

随着工程建设监理制度的实施,社会迫切需要工程监理专业人才,文章根据工程监理的发展现状,分析了工程监理专业人才的素质要求和培养方向。

With implementation of engineering supervision system, professional persons who major in engineering supervision are urgently needed. Based on present situation of engineering supervision, this paper analyses demands on quality and the direction of training to those professional persons who major in engineering supervision.
