浅谈高校后勤文化建设的角色定位

随着后勤社会化改革的不断深入,高校后勤文化建设日益受到关注,把握时代方向、找准角色定位是做好这项工作的一个首要任务。本文从高校后勤文化的内涵和特点入手,探讨了它与外部文化环境的横向关系,进而提出了增强后勤队伍素质、建设知识文化软环境的几点建议。

With the increasing deepening of socialized inform of logistics, logistics cultural construciton of colleges is of increasing concern. Seizing the direction of time and finding the role location is the most imporant task in doing the work well. The paper explores its transverse relationship with the external cultural enviroment, putting forward some suggestions on strengthening the quality of logistics member and constructing soft enviroment of intellectual culture.
