艾米莉·勃朗特作品很少,只有一部小说和一些诗歌。但她仅有的一部小说《呼啸山庄》却在100多年来掀起了阵阵研究热潮,在过去十几年里更是引起了东西方文学界越来越多的关注。这些研究和评论试图从以下五个方面来阐释《呼啸山庄》的各种意义:《呼啸山庄》主题阐释与比较;《呼啸山庄》的艺术魅力研究;《呼啸山庄》的比较研究;希斯克利夫形象研究;艾米莉.勃朗特与《呼啸山庄》。

Emily Bronte has left behind only a few works, that is, a novel and some poems. However, her only novel Wuthering Heights has launched waves of studies and attracted more and more attention in the past decade from home and abroad. Studies on the novel are carried out from the following five aspects： thematic interpretation and comparison, studies on the artistic charm, comparative study of the novel, analysis of the character Heathcliff, and the relationship between Emily Bronte and the novel.
