从哲学理论和世界经济发展的史实来看,优秀的人文精神对经济发展具有一定的促进作用。河北省的人文精神兼具"圣贤之风"和"豪侠之气",是一种优秀的人文精神,对近代河北经济的发展起到了巨大的推动作用。河北省第七次党代会上提出的以"坚韧质朴、重信尚义、宽厚包容、求实创新"为主要内容的新时期河北人文精神对河北省区域经济的进一步发展提出了新的要求。

The philosophical theory and the practice of world economic development have shown that an excellent humanistic spirit can speed up the economic development. Full of the ethos of the virtuous and the gallant, the humanistic spirits of Hebei have greatly promoted the modem economic development. In the seventh Congress of the Communist Party in Hehei, a new type of humanistic spirits has been put forward which mainly ineludes principles of patience, authenticity, honesty, generosity and innovation. All these principles have provided new demands for regional economic development in Hebei.
