摘要
目的:比较5种后牙玻璃离子水门汀(GICs)的短期抗压强度。方法:选择5种不同厂家生产的后牙GICs作为实验对象:FujiⅨGP(FU),KetacTM Molar Easymix(KME),FX-Ⅱ(FX),Multifil GIX(MG),CERAMFIL MOLAR(CM);光固化复合树脂(Z350)为对照。按厂家使用说明书在室温下调拌制备样本。使用万能测试机随机测试样本在固化后1 h、24 h和7 d的抗压强度。数据采用单因素的方差分析进行检验。结果:5种GICs在7 d内的抗压强度随时间的延长均有增高。组间比较:1h的抗压强度为Fu、KME>FX>MG>CM(P<0.05);24 h的抗压强度为KME>MG>CM(P<0.05),而Fu和FX与其他GICs之间均无显著性差异;7 d的抗压强度为KME>Fu>CM(P<0.05),其他GICs之间无显著性差异。结论:5种GICs在7 d内的抗压强度随时间的延长均有增高,且抗压强度的关系为KME、Fu>FX、MG>CM。
AIM: To compare the short - term compressive strength of five posterior glass ionomer cements (GICs). METHODS: Five posterior GICs made by different manufacturers were chosen as experimental objects: Fuji Ⅸ^GP ( FU ), Ketac^TM Molar Easymix ( KME), FX - Ⅱ ( FX ), Muhifil GIX ( MG ) and CERAMFIL MOLAR ( CM ). The light- curable resin (Z350) was used as control. Specimens were fabricated at room temperature according to the instructions. The specimens were measured for compressive strength at 1h, 24h and 7d. The data were analyzed using one - way ANOVA. RESULTS : The compressive strength of five GICs were all arise along with time during 7days. The relationship of compressive strength among five GICs was Fu, KME 〉 FX 〉 MG 〉 CM (P 〈 0.05 ) at 1 h, KME 〉 MG 〉 CM at 24h(P 〈 0.05 ), and KME 〉 Fu 〉 CM at 7d( P 〈 0.05) , and there were no significantly difference among others. CONCLUSIO : The compressive strength of five GICs were arise along with time with in 7days and the relationship of compressive strength among them was KME,Fu 〉 FX, MG 〉 CM.
