复杂根折保守治疗的临床观察

Clinical observation of a complicated root fracture treated by resin splint

临床常见牙齿创伤导致根折,单一折裂线的病人经保守治疗后多能愈合,而伴有多个折裂线的复杂根折病人如果处理不当,常导致失牙。本文报道1例上颌前牙根中部复杂根折病人经树脂夹板固定,1.5年后根折愈合,牙髓活力正常。

Root fracture is common injury among dental trauma. Root fracture with single fracture line can often healed after simple treatment,while root fracture with multfracure lines was often extracted. The present paper reports） and half year follow up of a complicated root fracture in the middle - third after treated with resin splint fixation. The tooth was clinically and radiographically symptomless and tested as vital by electric pulp test.
