摘要
目的:检测Cyclin D1和Ki67在黏液表皮样癌MEC(Mucoepidermoid Carcinoma,MEC)中的表达状况,探讨其与MEC发生及预后的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色方法,分别检测Cyclin D1和Ki67在10例正常涎腺组织(normal salivary gland,NSG)及34例MEC组织中的表达情况。实验数据采用SPSS11.5软件进行统计学分析。结果:Cyclin D1和Ki67在NSG中基本无表达,而在MEC中阳性表达率明显增高,且低分化组高于高分化组,复发组和转移组比无复发组和无转移组阳性表达率显著增高,但与患者性别、年龄及发生部位无相关性。结论:Cyclin D1在MEC中高表达,提示其表达异常是MEC发生的重要机制之一;Cyclin D1和Ki67与MEC的分化程度显著相关,因此可以作为评价MEC分化程度的生物学标志物;其过度表达与MEC的复发转移显著相关,故联合检测Cyc-lin D1和Ki67将有助于预测肿瘤患者的预后。
Objectives: To investigate the expression of Cyclin D1 and Ki67 in MEC and assess their roles in the carci- nogenesis and prognosis of MEC. Methods: The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Cyclin D1 and Ki67 in 34 cases of MEC and 10 cases of noinml salivary glands (NSG). Data were analyzed using SPSS version 11.5 for windows. Results : Cyclin D1 and Ki67 expression could hardly be observed in normal salivary glands, but in MEC showed positive staining. There was a significant difference between the high grade and the low grade of MEC. Moreo- ver, Cyclin D1 and Ki67 positive expression could be recognized in all recurrent and metastasis cases. There were no obvious correlations between the expression and sex or age. Conclusion : The expression of Cyclin D1 might play a certain role in the development and progression of MEC. Cyclin D1 and Ki67 expression also related with the recurrence and metastasis of MEC. Combined analysis of the expression of Cyclin D1 and Ki67 might be useful to make the diagnosis and prognosis of MEC.
