蛋白质芯片技术与电化学发光技术检测多肿瘤标志物结果的评价 被引量:6

Evaluation of Multi Tumor Markers using Protein Chip and Electrochemiluminescence Immunoassay

摘要 目的:研究蛋白质芯片法与电化学发光法检测多肿瘤标志物结果的差异。方法:分别用蛋白质芯片法和电化学发光法对69例肿瘤患者和65例正常对照组进行12项指标的检测,即糖类抗原199(CA199)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原242(CA242)、铁蛋白(ferritin)、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、游离前列腺特异性抗原(F-PSA)、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、人生长激素(HGH)和糖类抗原153(CA153)。结果:蛋白质芯片法和电化学发光法检测12项指标的符合率均大于85%,总符合率为90.4%。2种方法有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:蛋白质芯片能正确反映肿瘤标志物的水平,且较电化学发光法简单、方便,适合中小型医院开展。电化学发光法能更精确检测高含量肿瘤标志物。 Objective: To evaluate the detected difference of multiple tumor markers between protein chip and electrochemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLIA). Methods: The 12 tumor markers ( CA 199, NSE, CEA, CA242, ferritin, 13-HCG, AFP,F-PSA,PSA,CA125, HGH, CA153) in 69 cancer patients and 65 normal control were detected by protein chip and ECLIA. Results: The coincident rate was 90.4% using protein chip and ECLIA to detect 12 tumor markers, and the two methods were significantly correlated (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Tumor marker levels can be measured accurately by protein chip, and it is more simple and conveniently than ECLIA. This is suitable for the medium and small-scale hospital. ECLIA is more accurate in detecting high content of tumor markers than protein chip.
