二元劳动力市场、社会排斥与户籍分层——对进城农民工的研究

Dual Labor Market,Social Discrimination and Household Registration Stratification:A Study of Migrant Workers

针对我国城市社会日益明显的户籍分层问题进行了研究,指出以户籍制度为基础构建起来的城市二元劳动力市场及其对农民工的诸多社会排斥,是城市户籍分层得以形成的重要机制和过程。认为这种以先赋性的户籍身份为标准的分层不符合现代社会经济发展的趋势,必须采取措施积极消解户籍分层,建立一种以自致性因素为基础的、开放的、流动的社会分层体系。

In recent years, along with the quantity increasing of migrant workers, the household registration stratification of migrant workers in cities has emerged. It is the dual labor market based on the household registration and its＇ social discrimination that makes the migrant workers＇ vulnerable status come into being. Because the migrant workers＇ vulnerable status isn＇t in keeping with the development trend of modem society and economy, the government must do something to solve this problem as soon as possible.
