我国企业专利申请存在问题、成因及对策研究——从企业专利申请与经济实力的关系论起

Research on the Problems and Their Causes and Sdutions of Patent Application of China's Enterprises:Starting from the Relationship of Patent Application of Enterprises and Their Economic Strength

从专利申请与经济实力的关系分析入手,旨在通过剖析我国企业专利申请存在的问题和成因,揭示我国企业专利申请现状并提出解决对策。文章采用逻辑论证和实证分析的方法展开论证,认为我国企业专利申请的改进,应从企业改革、专利管理、制度建设、专利实施、国家宏观政策等方面着手进行。

Starting from the relationship of patent application of enterprises and their economic strength, this paper aims to analyse the problems of patent application of China＇s enterprises and the causes of the problems, describe the current situation thereof and find solutions to the problems. By adopting logic analysis and positivistic discussion, the paper holds that the improving of patent application of China＇ s enterprises should be realized through efforts in such aspects as the reform of enterprises, patent management, the system construction, patent implementation and national policy.
