摘要
虽然每位教师对课程都有不同的个性化理解,但其理解课程的要素基本相同。教师理解课程一般要经历困惑与冲突、获得新观念、改进理解并实现自我和谐、遇到新问题与困惑、主动探究并深入理解等环节,以上诸环节循环往复,形成一个螺旋式上升的系统。在这一系统中,教师的自主发展意识和适合的课程文化氛围自始至终对教师的理解课程活动发挥着推动作用。
About curriculum, every teacher has different understanding, but the elements of his or her understanding curriculum are basically same. The teachers' understanding curriculum includes these steps: experience puzzlement and conflicts, obtain new ideas, improve understanding and realize self-harmonious, encounter new puzzlement and conflicts, take the initiative to explore profound understanding, and so on. The repeated circulation of the above steps forms a spiral rise system. In this system, the teachers' consciousness of self-development and suitable curriculum culture always promote teachers' activity of understanding curriculum.
