基于网络的高校科研管理系统在需求分析的基础上,对系统的基本结构与功能模块进行总体规划,介绍了针对高校科研管理特点开发的采用C/S和B/S混合结构的管理信息系统的设计与实现,阐述了系统的体系结构、主要功能及设计方法。

The system for college scientific research management based on the network has been developed on the basis. The basic structure and functional module of the system have been planned, overall. The paper develops an information system which suits the scientific research management based on the hybrid scheme of C/S and B/S. The system frame, main function and the method of design are presented.
