摘要
徐州地处历史黄河流经区,受到其频繁决溢和泛滥的影响,水患严重。频发的黄河水灾严重地破坏了当地的社会经济和环境系统,导致人口流徙,城市淹没,交通受阻,社会混乱等。本文回顾了徐州地区黄河水灾的相关史料,旨在分析徐州历史上黄河水灾的规律与特征,揭示黄河水系变迁对当地社会系统的影响,以期为研究本区域人-地作用关系,制定区域社会经济可持续发展规划提供历史借鉴。
Xuzhou, frequented by Yellow River＇s floods, has suffered destructive economic and environmental damages： people emigrating, city flooded, traffic stopped, society thrown in to a mess. With a research on the flood-related historical documents, the severity of Yellow River floods and their impacts on the local social system are analysed in this paper. And a recognition of the interaction between the local natural environment and the social economic system may provide meaningful guide to the sustainable social and economic development of the locale.
