According to the theory of literary intersubjectivity, literature is regarded as a existential way between subjects. Zhang Zhupo＇s comment of Jin Ping Mei was built on exchanges between reader＇s view and writer＇s view. The analysis of intersubjectivity of acceptance theory in Zhang Zhupo＇s novel can be analysed from three aspects： the natrue, the conditions and the process of the readers＇ acceptance.
