摘要
采用乙酰丙酮比色法对啤酒中甲醛含量直接测定,结果表明,体系pH值接近6,沸水浴10 min后,基本显色完全,且可稳定存在12 h,试验过程中选择纯度为0.25%的乙酰丙酮试剂,且应每周更新标准曲线。研究表明,采用该法简单、快速且可靠。
Acetylcholine colorimetry is applied to directly test the content of formaldehyde in beer. The results show that the pH value of the system closes to 6, and the color can be completely showed after 10 minute bath and last for 12 hours. Aeetylacetone reagent with 25% purity should be selected during the test, and the standard curve should be updated weekly. The test method, we offer here, is simple and reliable.
