摘要
设计了一种基于电弧动态分段线性化模型的PDF电极控制器,并通过Matlab对此控制器进行仿真。试验结果表明,PDF控制器在超调量和响应速度方面有了很大的改善,可满足电极控制系统对控制精度的要求。
A PDF electrode controller is designed based on the dynamic piecewise linearization model of electric arc. The simulation results indicate that both the overshoot and response speed of the controller is greatly improved, which can meet the precision need of the electrode control system.
