This article is the third section device for comprehensive utilization of solar of the research, Development of teaching and practical training energy： upper monitor system. It discusses the construction of upper monitor between touch screen and PC to meet the requirements of demonstration and practice teaching, elaborating on the details of upper monitor construction, principles of sound wave surface touch screen, and structure of system software. It also examines the design of interface between man and machine using seamless link technology of Visual Basic and PowerPoint.
