介绍了国外对涂敷在不同等级表面清洁度环形焊缝上的一系列涂层进行的阴极剥离试验和水浸试验，通过评估涂层性能得出环形焊缝涂层的性能评价结果，证实了环形焊缝涂层的性能与表面清洁度直接有关。
The abroad cathodic disbanding test and water immersion test of a number of coatings on the circumferential weld joint with varied surface cleanness are described. The direct relationship between the surface cleanness and the circumferential weld joint coating are verified by the coating performance assessment.
