摘要
体外循环心脏手术后肺操作的发生率极高，是体外循环心脏手术病人术后并发症和死亡的重要原因之一。本文综述了体外循环心脏手术肺损伤的发生机制及相关的保护性策略研究进展。
The lung injury in patients undergone open-heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass is common with an associated morbidity and mortality.The patho- genesis of lung injury post-cardiopulmonary bypass and it＇s protective strategy has been reviewed in this text.
