上海集成电路产业发展整体态势与对策建议

进入"十一五"以来,上海集成电路产业发展出现了一些新趋势、新问题,对中国集成电路产业地图产生了显著的影响。本文运用翔实的数据资料分析了近来上海集成电路产业发展的进展与态势。基于笔者大量的企业调研分析了上海集成电路产业发展中存在的制约因素,并提出了相应对策建议。

Entering the 1 lth Five-Year Plan, there have been some new trends and problems in the development of Shanghai IC industry which produced a significant impact on the Chinese IC industry map. This paper analyzes the progress and situation of the recent development of Shanghai I the investigation of a large number of enterprises in Shanghai C Industry using detailed and accurate data. Based on in the IC industry, the author analyzes the constraints which hinder its development, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
