乙酰基二茂铁缩甘氨酸schiff碱的合成 被引量:2

摘要 在甲醇溶液中合成了新型乙酰基二茂铁缩甘氨酸schiff碱,经元素分析、IR、1HNMR测试确认了其结构,并研究了其合成条件,讨论了pH值、溶剂等因素对反应体系的影响.结果表明,合成乙酰基二茂铁缩甘氨酸schiff碱的最佳条件为:以甲醇为溶剂,pH值约为7.5,反应温度控制在50℃,反应时间为4 h,原料的摩尔比为:乙酰基二茂铁:甘氨酸=1∶1.5. Acetylferrocene-glycine schiff base was synthesized in methanol solution. The structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and ^1HNMR. The synthesis conditions was studied and the effect of factors such as the pH and solvent on the reaction system was discussed. The result indicated that the optimum condition which synthesised acetylferrocene- glycine schiff base was in the methyl alcohol , the pH value was 7.5, the reaction temperature was 50 ℃, the reaction time was 4 hours and raw material mole of ratio was. acetylferrocene : glycine=1:1.5.
