摘要
粘度大、流动能力差一直是困扰超稠油开发的难题.作者通过室内实验研究了CO2及油溶性复合降粘剂在单独和复合条件下对超稠油物理性质的改进能力,实验结果表明:(1)CO2对超稠油溶胀、降粘作用明显,对油包水乳状液有很强的破乳能力;(2)针对超稠油开发的油溶性复合降粘剂降粘和反相乳化能力显著;(3)CO2和油溶性复合降粘剂同时使用时对超稠油油包水乳状液的反乳化、降粘能力明显好于二者分别单独使用时的情形.
High viscosity and poor flow capacity are always the handicap for exploiting ultraheavy oil field. This thesis researched the ability of CO2 and oil-soluble composite reducer to improve the ultra-heavy oil properties for the boratory. The laboratory results show. (1) and decrease the viscosity, meanwhile it have condition of individual and cooperate in the la CO2 can greatly dissolve, swell ultra-heavy oil a good quality on breaking the W/O emulsion. (2) The oil-soluble composite reducer custom made for ultra-heavy oil is powerful for decrea sing viscosity and con and oil-soluble compo vertmg site red W/O emulsion to O/W emulsion. (3) The cooperation of CO2 ucer has much better effect on converting W/O emulsion and reducing viscosity than any of them individual.
