原油含水率检测仪设计

摘要 以油田集输工艺中沉降罐内原油的含水率为检测对象,根据密度法测量原油含水率的原理,将C8051F206单片机作为主控制器,并将差压变送器、液位变送器和温度变送器作为检测单元,实现了原油含水率检测仪的设计并将其成功地用于工业现场的在线检测.文中阐述了原油含水率检测仪的测量原理及硬件电路设计、软件主程序流程,并介绍了各子程序的功能. In the crude oil gathering and transportation process, taking the water content ratio of crude oil in the oil tank as detection object, according to the density principles to measure crude oil containing moisture, using C8051F206 MCU as a central controller, differential pressure transmitter, liquid level transmitter and temperature transmitter as detection units to achieve a design of crude oil containing moisture detector, and it has been used for industrial field on-line test successfully. This theory elaborated on the measuring principle of crude oil containing moisture detector, design of hardware and software, the main program process and functions of subprograms.
