摘要
介绍了双摆线钢球减速器的工作原理,简要叙述了减速器的设计方法和计算步骤,详细介绍了利用UG对减速器的摆线盘进行三维建模的方法,提出了一种复合齿形摆线盘设计和实体模型构造的方法,为摆线盘的三维模型设计提供了一种新思路.
The motion principle and design method of double-cycloid reducer are discussed in this paper. The parametric 3D modeling method to draw the cycloid panel of the reducer by means of CAD software of UG is also presented in detail. One kind of method of designing combined gear form and building the digital model was proposed. It provided a new method for the cycloid pan 3D modeling design.
