陕西高校专利申请、授权数量及质量的现状分析与发展对策

ANALYSIS AND DEVELOPING STRATEGIES ON APPLICATIONS,AUTHORIZED AMOUNT AND QUALITY OF PATENT IN SHAANXI COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES

概述了陕西高校的科技能力，简要统计并分析了陕西高校2001-2006年间专利申请、授权的数量及其质量，指出了当前陕西高校专利申请及管理中存在的问题，并提出了促进陕西高校专利事业发展的初步对策．

This paper provides an overview of the science and technology capability in Shaanxi higher education institutions, briefly analyzes the application situation, quantity and quality during 2001 to 2006. On this statistical basis, it represents the problems existing in patent application and administration system in Shaanxi, and hereby proposes preliminary countermeasures for developing patent system in colleges and universities in Shaanxi province.
