摘要 应急设施选址决策是一个多目标决策问题,将DEA用于应急设施选址决策具有合理性。现有研究仅仅考虑单设施选址问题,本文应用DEA对多设施选址问题进行了研究。在决策过程中,本文考虑到了道路特性,以更好地保障应急物资和人员在应急设施与应急地点之间的运输。最后,一个简单的算例分析演示了本文提出的方法,说明该方法的合理性。 Emergency facility location is a typical multi-objective factor in decision-making. It is reasonable to employ Data Envelopment Analysis model to solve emergency facility location problem. Existing researches only consider the location of single facility. This paper uses DEA approach to analyze a multi-facility location issue. In the decision-making process, the road conditions are considered, which makes it possible to ensure the convenient transportation of the emergency materials and personnel from emergency facilities to emergency sites. Finally a simple example is presented to demonstrate the rationality of the model.
