猪松质骨支架兔体内移植后周围组织Th1,和Th2细胞因子的变化

摘要 骨缺损修复是临床治疗的难题之一、骨组织工程学的研究发展为此提供了新的思路。天然生物骨材料具有类似人体骨骼的三维网状结构,作为人体的异种组织,直接植入人体必然引起强烈的免疫排斥反应而导致骨修复的失败,而通过深低温冷冻、脱脂、脱钙、脱蛋白等方法处理获得的生物衍生骨,因其具有良好的骨传导性能、生物相容性和一定的成骨诱导能力,已被单独或作为其它成骨诱导因子的载体,广泛地应用于骨组织工程。但天然生物骨在处理过程中没有完全也不可能完全消除抗原成分,因此,以生物衍生骨为支架构建组织工程骨植入机体后必然引发宿主产生移植免疫反应。
