摘要
本文通过对互联网用户行为进行统计分析,建立数学模型,有效地降低了互联网的应用成本。
Through the statistic and analysis of Internet users＇ behavious, and constructing mathematical models, a way of increasing in-net flows and decreasing out-net flows is proposed in this paper.
