摘要
以产小檗碱的内生真菌S6为出发菌株,采用多种单一或复合诱变措施对其菌丝体进行诱变处理,最终筛选得到高产菌株S-NU-302。其小檗碱产量比出发菌株提高170%,达到12.28 mg/L;生长速率提高81.7%,达到5.72 g/L;经10次传代显示该菌株具有良好的遗传稳定性。
An initial berberine-producing endophytic fungus S6 was mutagenized by some single and multiple mutagenization. A dominant mutant strain (S-NU-302) was screened out. Its biomass increased by 81.7% compared with the initial strain, which rose up to 5.72 g/L. Berberine yield was effectively improved to 12.28 mg/L and was 170% higher than the initial strain. The yield of the product showed no distinct changes after successive culture of 10 generations.
