浅谈反思性外语教学

摘要 反思性教学是教师对自身教学实践的思考和分析,是提升教师专业素质、促使教师自我发展的重要途径。外语教师通过反思性教学不仅可以提高业务能力,而且有助于对教育理论进行探究。本文介绍了反思性教学研究的现状、实施过程并讨论了其在外语教学中的运用。 Reflective teaching is an approach to teaching and teacher education which is based on the assumption that teachers can improve their understanding of teaching and the quality of their own teaching by reflecting critically on their teaching experiences. In the case of the foreign language teacher, reflective teaching not only enhances his teaching ability but also helps to explore educational theories. This paper gives an introduction to the the development of reflective teaching, the process of its implementation and its application to foreign language teaching.
