Analysis of the Legislation for Rural Education Under the Harmonious Society

进行教育立法是现代教育发展的一个重要特征。和谐社会离不了教育公平与教育法制化,和谐社会、教育公平、教育法制化、农村教育立法各要素息息相关。我国的农村教育需要立法加以推动与保障,要以《中华人民共和国教育法》为基本点,以《中华人民共和国义务教育法》为关键点,面向世界,借鉴国外,制定专项的农村教育法以完善农村教育立法。

Educational legislation is an important feature of the development of modem education. A harmonious soci- ety can not live without educational fairness and educational legalization. The elements of harmonious society, educa- tional fairness, educational legalization, rural education legislation are closely related. Our rural education needs leg- islation to be promoted and protected. It should take the Education Law of the People~ Republic of China as its basis, take the compulsory education Law of the People~ Republic of China as its key point and it should face the world to learn from the foreign countries to constitute special rural educational law so as to perfect rural education legislation.
