摘要 从20世纪90年代开始,我国不同类型高校间就进行合并,随着改革的深入,合并的热潮已告一段落,但合并后的高校在融合过程中出现了诸多矛盾,特别是对于教学管理思想的统一、教学资源的整合、教学管理的难度产生了很大的影响。为此,不同层次的高校合并后应统一教学管理思想,建构以院(系)为主体,校、院两级扁平化教学管理体制,理顺关系,利用现代化的管理手段,促进教学资源更有效的整合,提高教学管理的科学化、高效化。 Since the 1990s, merger has existed between colleges and universities of different levels. With the deepe- ning of reform, the upsurge of merger came to a short interval, but many contradictions emerged during the process of integration, especially having great influence on the unity of the thoughts of teaching administration, the integration of teaching resources, and the difficulty of teaching administration. Therefore, after the merger, the thoughts of teaching administration should be united, and a flat teaching administration system which regards colleges (departments) as the subjects should be constructed, so that the relations can be straightened out. Making use of modern administrative method, more effective integration of teaching materials can be improved, and teaching administration can be more scientific and efficient.
