摘要
通过对拟建公路的经济、环境、社会以及技术等方面的分析,建立了某公路建设方案的分层评价指标体系.针对现有综合评判的不足,将层次分析法和模糊综合评判法相结合,建立了多层次模糊综合评价模型.利用该模型对福建省某拟建公路项目的3种方案进行综合评价,证明所建立的评价模型能够利用全部信息,将复杂的方案进行优劣排序.最后获得结果比较客观、公正的反映公路建设投资决策综合评价的实际情况.
Based on analysis of economic factor, environment factor, society factor and technology factor ot highway investment decision, the hierarchy index system is established. The method of combining AHP with Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed in this paper due to defect of present evaluation methods. With this model, three program planning of highway investment decision are evaluated. It is proved and ver- ified that all information can be used to sort the program. The results show that they are in conformity with actual situation of highway investment decision.
