摘要
采用活性炭催化臭氧氧化降解制药废水,考察了pH值、活性炭投加量、臭氧流量等因素对降解效果的影响,同时考察了活性炭催化臭氧氧化对废水的可生化性的影响.结果表明:pH值对去除效果影响显著,随着pH值增大,废水CODCr的去除率先上升,后降低;活性炭和臭氧的复合使用对反应体系有显著的协同催化效应,可使废水CODCr去除率由单独臭氧氧化的33.1%提高到72.57%.此外,活性炭催化臭氧氧化法显著提高了废水的可生化性,有利于进一步的生化处理.
Activated carbon catalysts are used for catalytic ozonation of pharmaceutical wastewater. The influential factors, such as different pH values, the amount of activated carbon, the flow of ozone have been discussed,and the effect of biodegradability is also studied. The results showed that pH had a remarkable influence on the oxidizing effectiveness;the CODc, removal rate went up first and down later with increase of the pH values; the synergistic effect of catalytic ozonation process with activated carbon is remarkable and the removal rate of CODer could reach 72. 57% from 33. 1% by using ozone only. At the same time,the biodegradability of wastewater has been remarkable enhanced by catalytic ozonation process with activated carbon,which is beneficial to further biochemical treatment.
