摘要
结合PDS在不同频率时存在不同的输入阻抗,介绍了如何计算电源分配系统目标阻抗的方法,通过SPEC-CTRA Quest Power Integrity软件对电路的电源分配系统目标阻抗进行了仿真与分析.测试结果表明,该方法可以设计出满足不同要求的电源分配系统,降低设计复杂度,提高设计效率,缩短设计周期.
The basic concept and modeling of PDS are firstly narrated, then the method of calculating target impedance of a circuit PDS is introduced. At last a simulating and analyzing method using SPECCTRA Quest PI is put forward to verify the PDS. The testing result proves that this method can guarantee the required PDS, reduce design complexity,increase design efficiency and shorten design period.
