高温、重载、慢速条件下上坡沥青路面车辙 被引量:18

摘要 在调查我国某高速公路某段连续上坡沥青路面车辙病害的基础上,利用粘弹性理论,采用Burges模型模拟沥青混合料粘弹特性,计算了汽车通行一次情况下沥青路面的残余剪应变,全面分析水平力、车辆行驶速度、轴载和温度对上坡沥青路面车辙的影响.研究结果表明,上坡路段水平力对车辙的影响基本可以忽略,而温度的影响巨大,车辆行驶速度和重载的影响大致相当,但都明显小于温度的影响.高温、重载、慢速的不利组合是导致上坡沥青路面短期内出现车辙的决定性因素,而重载和慢速的联合影响是引起上坡车道反复出现车辙的主要原因.计算结果能够很好地解释现场调查发现的车辙病害现象. Based on investigation data about rutting on certain upgrade section of asphalt pavement with continuous slope in a freeway, viscoelastic theory and Burges model are introduced to calculate the residual shear strain of asphalt pavement after a vehicle passing. The influence on rut of upgrade section with continuous slope of horizontal force, vehicle speed, axle load and temperature is analyzed. The results indicate that the influence of horizontal force can be ignored, that of temperature is enormous, and that of vehicle speed and axle load are almost in same level but obviously less than that of temperature. The combination of high temperature, heavy loading and low speed is the crucial factor induced rutting developed in a short time on upgrade section with continuous or deep slope, and the combination of heave loading and low speed is the main cause induced rut that appears repeatedly on upgrade section. The results can give a reasonable explanation to the rut observed on field investigation.
