景德镇市跨世纪产业发展与布局

INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AND DISTRIBUTION OF JINGDEZHEN CITY AT THE TURN OF THE CENTURIES

９０年代，随着国家沿长江开放开发和沿京九线开发战略的确立，作为邻江邻线的景德镇市有了千载难缝的历史机遇。从区位条件分析，景德镇市发展应该立足于昌九景三角区域发展的总体目标，确定自己的产业发展重点，设计合理的产业布局。在产业发展上，要以机械工业、电子工业、建材工业、陶瓷工业为重点，强化基地建设，着力在全省或昌九景金三角范围内建立专业化协作关系。在九五期间，沿２０６国道向南北两个方向布局星火产业带（或综合产业带），沿景九高速公路建一条综合产业带，构成“Ｔ”字型的产业轴线；下世纪前十年，在九五生产力布局的基础上，形成以市区为中心沿各交通干线呈放射状延伸的布局框架，同时形成市区经济中心和乐平经济次中心。加快景德镇市高新技术开发区建设，建立科工贸一体化企业集团。

During the 1990s,with the establishment of the strategy of openingup and exploiting along the Changjiang River and developing along the BeijingJiujiang Railway,Jingdezhen,as a city close to the Changjiang River and the BeijingJiujiang Railway,has witnessed a historic opportunity for development.According to the condition of regional location,the developing strategy of Jingdezhen city should be based on the general goal of composing a NanchangJiujiangJingdezhen Triangle Region in order to settle the city's key industries and to design a rational industrial distribution.Machine building,electronics industry,building materials industry and ceramic industry should be regarded as key industries for development;the construction industrial bases should be strengthened;and specialization and cooperation within Jiangxi Province and the gold triangle region should be established.During the period of the ninth fiveyear plan,a comprehensive industrial belt will come up along the State Highway No.206,and another comprehensive industrial belt will be formed along the JingdezhenJiujiang Expressway,so a 'T'shaped industrial axis will come forth.In the first decade of the next century,on the basis of this industrial distribution,a radiating pattern of distribution with the Jindezhen city as the main centre and Leping,the secondary centre will be formed.We must quicken the construction of the new and high technology development zone in Jingdezhen and organize science industrytrade integrated corporations.
