韶山灌溉工程对区域社会经济的影响研究

ON THE INFLUENCE OF SHAOSHAN IRRIGATION PROJECT ON REGIONAL SOCIAL ECONOMY

韶山灌溉工程是湖南省最大的水利灌溉工程，到目前已安全运行３０多年了。该工程的兴建，使该地区摆脱了旱魔的长期威胁，促进了区内农业经济持续、稳定、快速发展，从而带动了区域经济的全面提高。从纵向与横向和定性与定量的计算、对比分析研究中，总结了该工程对区域社会经济的深远影响。

The Shaoshan irrigation project is the largest water conservancy irrigation project in Hunan province.Up to now,it has safely performed for more than 30 years.The construction of this project made the region got rid of drought threat which had existed for a long time and promoted the comprehensive development of regional social economy through the continuous and quick increase of agricultural economy in the region.The author carried out the study in ways both longitudinal and transversal,made qualitative and quantitative calculations and contrast-analysis,and concluded that the regional social economy had been greatly influenced by the project.
