文中运用模型与数值换算方法将数值结果和矩形裁片排列图进行对应,通过实例演示论证此方法的可行性,从而将服装排料问题转换成二维装箱问题,解决服装排料中存在的不能紧密套排的弊端。

By model establishment and numerical conversion, the numerical results and rectangular cloth piece graph are corresponded. The feasibility of this method is demonstrated by examples. By this method, the problem of garment layout is exchanged to be a two-dimensional strip packing problem, thereby the problem of loosened lay-out can be solved.
