高职教育创建“特色班级”现实意义探析——以湖州职业技术学院创建工作为例

职业教育的根本目的在于全面提升劳动者的整体素质,这种独特的内在要求决定了职业教育必须以培养人的能力为基本出发点。人是能力的载体,能力要通过人的具体活动来体现。在现代高等职业教育成为一种独特的教学类型的今天,变革传统的班级集体教育模式,创设"特色班级"新的思政工作平台,对激发班级集体荣誉感,强化学生的目标意识、责任意识、创新意识和践行习惯,都具有十分重要的现实意义。

The fundamental objective of vocational education is to improve the overall quality of the workforce. This distinctive request determines that the vocational education must adhere training people＇s ability as a starting point. People are the vehicle of abilities, which are to be embodied by people＇s concrete activities. Nowadays, modern vocational higher education has become a distinctive teaching type. It is of great importance to motivate the sense of honor of class collectivity and intensify students＇ sense of objective, of duty, of innovation and practice habit by renovating the traditional class collectivity education mode and establishing the characteristic class as a new ideological and political platform.
