摘要
首次采用国产新型D4020大孔吸附树脂吸附水中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物.结果表明,D4020树脂具有吸附速度快、吸附容量大、省时、费用低、操作简便等优点;用自制的玻璃富集柱研究了各因素对吸附率及洗脱率的影响.柱长、流速、pH值及洗脱速率影响显著.当柱长为116mm,流速为5ml/min,pH值为7.0,洗脱剂流速为0.5ml/min时回收率最佳;而溶液的盐度影响不大,DBP与DEHP回收率分别为93.6%和83.0%,重现性好.
In this study,D4020 macroreticulate resin was used for the first time as an absorbent for phthalate esters (PEs) in water.The results showed that D4020 resin has larger adsorptive capacity,rapid adsorption rate,timesaving,low cost and easy operating.Using a homemade adsorption column,various factors which influence the adsorption and desorption efficiencies were investigated.The recoveries are mainly dependent on column length,flow rate of the eluant and pH value and desorption rate.Recoveries are the best when column length,flow rate,pH value and desorption rate are 116mm,5ml/min,70,05ml/min respectively,but less affected by salinity.Recoveries of the water sample are 936% for DBP and 830% for DEHP with good reappearance.
