Higher Education Popularity & Construction of Quality Project in Vocational Higher Education

针对高等教育大众化阶段高等职业教育质量跟不上社会对人才培养的要求,培养目标出现位移,职业院校对质量的内涵认识模糊等问题,从清晰人才培养目标的定位,创新工学结合的体制机制,开展以能力为本位的课程改革,建立质量标准和质量保障体系等方面来分析高职教育质量工程建设的路径,以促进高职教育质量的提高。

In connection with the stage of higher education popularity, the quality of vocational higher education can not catch up with the requirement for the high- speed development of talents’ training. Therefore, vocational colleges have had many problems, such as displace- ment of train objectives, confused understanding about intentions of teaching qualities. From a clear location on objectives of talents＇ training, we try to analyze ways of quality project in vocational higher education and promote the quality of vocational education in many ways, for instance, to create a mechanism of combining work with study, to launch a course reform on competence standard, and to set up a system of quality specification and quality security, etc.
