Al2O3超细微粒的超临界制备实验研究

摘要 利用超临界水解过程成功制备了平均粒径为537nm的Al2O3微粒。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和激光粒度分析仪表征了制备的微粒样品,表明产物为纯度较高的α-Al2O3的微粒,微粒粒径较小,且粒度分布集中、分散性较好。制备实验的研究表明,随操作压力、操作温度的升高,制备的微粒粒径有明显的增大趋势;随系统总流量的提高,微粒的粒径减小;随支路流量比的增加,微粒的粒径略有下降,但变化不大. Al2O3 micro-particles is prepared by supercritical hydrolysis method and the average diameter is 537nm. The prepared samples are eharacterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Particle-size Analyzer. It is verified that the samples is high purity α- Al2O3 and it has features of the small and similar particle size, and high dispersion. The influences of process parameters on the prepared product are studied The results indicate that the particle size has a significant increasing trend with the increase of the pressure and temperature; however, it decreases with the increase in the total flux, and slightly decreases with the increase of the branch flux ratio.
