摘要
北京西交民巷钟楼为地下1层,地上6层的内框架砖混结构,服役超过80年,大大超过了预定的设计基准期。现拟对该楼进行装修改造,为此进行了检测鉴定。结合钟楼的使用现状和检测结果,对当前使用年限较长的仿古建筑的检测鉴定方法提出了应根据结构的使用状态进行鉴定的观点,取得了仿古文物类建筑检测鉴定的经验。
：As an 1 storey underground and 6 storeys overground inner-frame brick-concrete building, The Bell Tower on Xijiaominxiang Lane in Beijing has been used for over 80 years, which is much greater than the design reference period. Test and appraisement are carried out for fitment and modification of the building. Some points of view for the test and appraisement methods of pseudo-classic architectures with longtime service life are presented, which includes that it should be appraised according to the service-type of structural. Some experiences of test and appraisement for such kind of pseudo-classic architectures are also provided in this paper.
