摘要
当前,对于国内地理信息数据更新,现有的更新流程和工具软件的组合可以完成基本的更新任务,但是在更新中,仍旧大量使用较为落后的工具设备,采用复杂的更新模式,又没有专门统一的作业软件的支持,使得更新过程中各工序相互独立,数据共享能力差,数据交换频繁,数据作业软件种类繁多,导致更新难度大,更新周期长,更新效率低下,更新作业成本高,已经无法满足快速发展的社会、经济对地理数据现势性的迫切需要。因此,以研究基于影像的数据更新系统为基础,探讨高效的作业流程和作业模式,对于提高当前数据库更新的效率,降低更新成本,满足快速发展的社会、经济对地理数据现势性的迫切需要有十分积极的意义。
At present, although the combination of existed updating approach and software tools could accomplish the updating task, it could not meet the requirements for current situation of geospatial data by quick developing society and economy because of its characters : it applies the under - developed tools and facilities and adopts complex updating modes during the course of updating, and is lack of support by professional and standardized working software, each working procedure is relative independent, data share capacity is weak, data exchange is frequent, data processing software are various, updating is difficult, long circle, low efficient and costly. Therefore, this paper discusses the high efficient working flowchart and working mode by studying the data updating system based on image. It has active significance for improving the database updating efficiency,reducing updating cost,meeting the requirements for current situation of geospatial data by quick developing society and economy.
