摘要
辽宁省是全国服装生产过亿的省份之一。但是,目前辽中南城市群服装产业与南方沿海相比还处于"幼稚"阶段,各服装企业之间的竞争还停留在低附加值加工模式中。文中结合对辽中南地区部分城市服装企业的问卷调查、走访调研,分析了辽中南城市群服装产业发展的突出问题,提出了衡量服装产业竞争力强弱的一项重要指标,是否拥有一批在全国叫得响的"品牌群体"。辽中南城市群服装企业以加工和贴牌出口为主,服装企业要迅速提高对新技术、新的管理方式、新的经营理念和现代化生产设备引进的认识,在人才引进、技术改造和创新、管理模式和市场经营等方面加大投入,着重在经营模式、品牌附加值、服装纺织产业链等几方面寻求发展和突破。
Though Liaoning is one of the provinces whose production value of clothing industry is over a hundred million RMB in China, the industry in its southern and central cities is at a infant level in comparison with that in costal area of Southern China, the factories are still competing with each other on low added value of clothing production. By investigation of questionnaire and interview, key problems of the clothing industry in the area are analyzed. Furthermore, one important index, whether there is a set of nationally famous clothing brands which can be adopted as a main factor to weigh the competitiveness of clothing industry, is proposed. At present, the production mode of clothing factories in southern and central Liaoning is mainly manufacturing and OEM. They should introduce new technology, administration way, management idea and modem equipment, increase more investment on talent induction, technology reconstruction and market management, lay emphasis on management mode, added value of the brand and industry chain of clothing industry.
