基于当前主流的Web GIS技术,采用ESRI公司的ArcIMS软件实现了广西堤防的信息化管理,并阐述了系统的总体架构、功能模块和数据库建设。

The Guangxi dike information management system is realized by ArclMS software of ESRI Company based on Web GIS technology. And this paper presents the main frame, the function structure and the database structure of the system.
