基于MapInfo的测绘标志普查信息管理系统的实现

Realization of Survey Mark Investigation Information Management System Based on MapInfo

测绘标志是国家重要的测绘基础设施,为了了解全市测绘标志的现状,对其进行有效的管理,2005年某市对其辖区的测绘标志进行了全面的普查。传统的测绘标志普查成果大多数都是基于文本的手工管理模式,或者应用简单的数据库如VF,ACESS等管理,查询使用不便。本文采用地理信息技术,实现了测绘标志普查信息的可视化管理。论文详细阐述了在MapInfo环境下建立表,在Excel环境下建立数据库,利用MapBasic程序开发语言实现MapInfo下表和Excel的数据库的链接,同时实现图形与数据库的链接。系统的主要功能是实现测绘标志(即本文中的三角点和水准点)的可视化查询、更新以及图层的管理。这样,利用该系统就可以全面掌握该市测绘标志的现状和完好程度,为测绘标志的维护和管理提供依据,给测绘主管部门和测绘单位管理和使用提供方便。

The survey mark is an important mapping infrastructure for our country. In order to know the situation of the survey mark at present and carry on the effective management to it, we investigated the survey mark in a city in 2005. The traditional survey mark＇s investigation result is based on the text manual management pattern, or using simple database like VF, ACCESS, but that is inconvenience. This article uses the geography information technology to realizing visualization management of the survey mark information. The paper illustrates in detail establishing the table under the MapInfo environment, establishing the database under the Excel environment and using the MapBasic program developing language to connect the table and the database, simultaneously realizing the connection of the graph and the database. The system＇s main function is realizing the survey mark （ i. e. triangulation point and bench mark in the papers） visualization inquiry, update and the management of layer. Thus, it is possible to use this system to know the situation of Fuxin＇s survey mark comprehensively at present. And the survey mark maintenance and management is based on the system. The system provides the convenience to the government and the unit of surveying and mapping for management and application.
