福州市环境与经济协调发展度评价与分析

Assessment and Analysis on the Harmony Development Degree between Environment and Economy in Fuzhou City

环境与经济协调发展度是一个定量表示社会经济发展和环境保护之间关系的指标,强调的是系统之间各要素的共同发展。以福州市为例,对2000年-2007年福州市环境发展与经济发展的协调度进行定量评价,结果表明2001年-2002年福州市环境与经济协调发展度大于0.8,为良好发展类型,其余年份协调发展度大于0.9,为优质协调发展类型。

The harmony development degree is a kind of quantitative index to evaluate the relation between environmental development and economic development. It emphasizes the common development of all factors in systems. Taking the Fuzhou city as a case study, the quantitative way was used for evaluating the harmony development degree on economy and environment from 2000 to 2007. The result shows that the harmony development indexes from 2000 to 2002 are above 0. 8,in good coordination development stages. The indexes of other years are above 0. 9,in excellent coordination development stages.
